Roasted Wintertime Squash with Garlicky Yogurt Sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped)

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 cup Greek-fashion yogurt

Dissolve the sugar and salt in the vinegar, then stir in the oil and other elements.
