1. PINEAPPLE & BADAM HALWA
Almond – 250 gm
Pineapple contemporary – 200 gm
Desi Ghee – 150 gm
Sugar – 125 gm
Khoya danedar (Diminished milk) – 150 gm
Eco-friendly Cardamoms (powder) – 1 gm
Cashewnut chopped – 15 gm
• Initially, rinse, peel and finely chop the pineapple.
• Heat ghee in a weighty pan on medium flame. Incorporate the chopped pineapple and combine well with the ghee. Cook pineapple on medium flame. Continue to stir right until the dampness dries up. Include almonds and sauté proceeds till halwa turns thick. Before introducing almonds, boil the almonds for 2 mins, take away the pores and skin and then mix it in a blender.
• Insert sugar and sauté proceeds until finally it is combined nicely. Incorporate khoya and keep stirring to avoid burning. Swap off the flame. Increase nuts and cardamom powder, combine very well and serve it incredibly hot or cold.
2. CRUNCHY ALMOND CHOCOLATE
Darkish chocolate – 200 gm
Milk chocolate – 200 gm
Almonds – 20 gm
Cashew nuts – 20 gm
Dates – 20 gm
Pista – 10 gm
Purple cherry – 10 gm
Raisins – 10 gm
• Consider all dry fruits and chop. Just take milk chocolate and darkish chocolate compound and blend equivalent portions in each bowl. Then set in to the double boiler and warmth for 5 min. and stir. Now mix chopped almond & other dry fruits in this melted mixture
• Get any shaped mould and fill it for great condition and freeze it for at the very least two hrs. Garnish with almonds or dry chocolate or as for every your alternative and take pleasure in!
3. ALMOND ROCKS
Darkish chocolate – 250 gm
Almonds toasted – 200 gm

Milk – 200 gm
Sugar – 20 gm
Almonds – .5 gm
Cardamom – .5 gm
