UPTOWN — Marina’s Bistro and Rum Bar is lastly arriving in Uptown.
The long-awaited Puerto Rican cafe at 4554 N. Magnolia Ave. will open up with a ribbon-cutting ceremony 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
